We had a lovely stay at Lavinia House. We had stayed there before and weren’t disappointed. We had a nice view of the harbour from our room. The room was bright, clean and very comfortable with very nice bedding.Mark was friendly and made us feel very welcome. He actually got in our car with my husband and showed him where to park after he had sorted out a parking permit for us. Thank you.- T & S G
Just returned from a really pleasant five night stay in room two at Lavinia house. The room is spacious with a kingsize bed, a settee and a view out over the crescent towards the sea. It’s a a great location which is only five minutes walk to the famous whalebone arch and north bay seafront in one direction and a short walk to the hustle and bustle of the harbour in the other. Whether it’s advice on things to do in Whitby or helping you with parking, hosts Mark & Lyndsey couldn’t be more helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here and hopefully we’ll return again in the future for another stay.- Andy & A
